ICV Capital Partners Promotes Zeena Rao to Managing Director
NEW YORK, January 2013 – ICV Partners (ICV), a leading investment firm focused on lower middle market companies, announced today the promotion of Zeena Rao to Managing Director.

Ms. Rao joined ICV in 2001 as the fourth investment professional. She was named a Vice President in 2010. Prior to joining ICV, Ms. Rao was in the investment banking division at Lehman psychiatric disorders soma Brothers in New York where she was involved with a variety of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. She received her MBA degree from Harvard Business School and a BS degree magna cum laude in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She serves as a director of ICV portfolio companies The PFM Group, Marshall Retail Group and Cargo Airport Services, LLC.
